Suppress [try] warnings across test code: - Add @SuppressWarnings("try") for auto-closeable resources whose close() throws InterruptedException (PulsarSslFactory, BookKeeper, ZooKeeper, PulsarTestContext, etc.) - Rename unreferenced try-with-resources variables to 'ignored' - Add @SuppressWarnings("try") for intentionally unreferenced auto-closeable resources used for side effects
